There is an election for mayor in 2005. This is a strong mayor system. Whoever is elected will have a lot of power to maintain or change StPaul. Citizens should speak on their preferences.

Some of my likes: the well-kept historic buildings in downtown small businesses more progressive council Lori's coffee house Cahoots coffee house Taste of Thailand Artists' Quarter (but not the smoke) Some of my dislikes: Lawson software deal GSE Kelly WalMart on University Av 640 billboards chain stores But I'm more interested in YOUR likes and dislikes.
