I don't know where list moderator Tim Erickson is today, but I do think we should pull this back to St. Paul. The initial post was at least technically connected. For those who want to stay on this topic, can you offer comments on impacts, tradeoffs, or choices made right here in St. Paul? And then perhaps some links could be made to the future, too.
