too bad for st. paul that the 100 million and some change is primarily going for Iraq, which, as it is now well-known, has nothing to do with preventing another attack. all that lost revenue in a city that sorely needs it for all of our likes/dislikes. "whatever it takes"? more like "whatever."

by the way Mr Shove, i like marina area, where the two rivers meet. (and where that really cool houseboat community USED to be before getting booted by the city. pretty much anything that has to do with the healthy culture of the river i like. i always have, always will. its worth protecting.
