          MPR Town Hall Meeting in St. Paul
          with Midmorning Host Kerri Miller
     to Examine the Achievement Gap in Education
                 Monday, October 18

The town hall meeting is a culmination of a month-long focus on the achievement gap from Minnesota Public Radio News.

The event is free and open to the public. It will feature the St. Paul and Minneapolis schools superintendents, and the Minnesota education commissioner.

WHEN: 7-8:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18

WHERE: Penumbra Theatre, 270 N. Kent St., St. Paul

TICKETS: The event is free and open to the public

TUNE IN: The town hall meeting with Kerri Miller will be recorded for broadcast on Midmorning at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 22. Midmorning can be heard 9-11 a.m. Monday-Friday on all Minnesota Public Radio news and information stations, including KNOW 91.1 FM in the Twin Cities.
