We owe this remaining cloud of ugly smoke over StPaul/Ramsey to Mayor Randy Kelly and the tobacco/stadium lobby for which he stands. All his talk about uniformity was empty; now that the uniform thing is a ban, he rejects it. We can conclude where he stood from the beginning, and how honest he was with us all along. Mpls/Bloomington/Hennepin called his bluff. Bluff is the nice word for it.
So, a very good reason to send Kelly packing in the next election.
