John Gunyou and Jay Kiedrowski (both former state commissioners of finance)  
will be speaking in Stillwater Oct 26.  If you haven't had a chance to hear  
them speak, this is a must attend event. They're rolling out an  important 
message about the structural imbalance of the MN state budget - source  of 
reductions, local government services, public education, health and human  services.
 
Gives one pause considering this is the decade we should be preparing for
