Thanks for the detail Lori!  I wish they'd post these things online  when 
they release them so we could read direct.  Haven't seen the report so  can't 
comment, but do know the elementary schools most affected by  mobility are 
neighborhood schools.  Since mobility tied to both  achievement and community-based 
issues (living wages, life cycle housing,  transportation, etc.) an 
appropriate topic for forum.
 
Learned last week that some suburbs (Maple Grove cited in conversation, but  
not documented, so can't confirm) have residential housing requirements  
described in acres - not particularly suited to early / later stages of  life.  
Zoning requirements define income levels of "who can move to  town."  Domain of 
Met Council, but seems life cycle guidelines should be  established for all 
metro communities.  Wonder myself how St Paul housing  stock stacks up.  Know 
we're building units in the thousands, but for what  target homebuyer?  Will what 
we have/what we're building support all life  stages?
