Well, I am in the NO CONNECT camp, and not just because I live a half block
from Ayd Mill Road. (Although you can be sure I will seriously consider
selling my house before it is too late.)

response:
I believe this is precisely why those who live near it don't want it. I don't
think patty should be afraid to admit it either.

patty again:
This group feels that the inner city can and should be a nice place to live --
not a noisy stinky freeway for those who wish to move further and further out
into the bean fields.

response:
the inner city is a nice place to live. I use ayd mill daily but still live in
the inner city. I know a people i work with that use it that live in
roseville, fridley and st anthony. i wouldn't consider them bean fields.
also, i and others i know, wouldn't use it if we didn't work at the other end.
we are not passing through.

now for chuck.

this is what i use it for, to get to 280. If i lived in eagan, which i did for
about 6 months and needed to get to downtown mpls, i went up 55 across the
mendota bridge.
