University UNITED invites you to its Annual Awards Program will be presented at 5:00 PM, Monday, December 13, in the Party Room at 808 Berry Place, just behind the Court International Building at University Avenue and 280. The event is free and open to the public. Hors d'oeuvres and wine/beer to be served.
To receive an award, the project or program must have been largely completed in 2004, be consistent with the principles of transit-oriented development, and have had a positive impact on the University Avenue Corridor and the community. This year's panel of judges includes Richard Fisher representing the St. Paul AIA; Tim Griffin of the St. Paul Design Center; James Garrett, Jr. of Formula Architecture Design Development; Nieeta Presley of Aurora Saint Anthony Neighborhood Development Corporation; and Trish Sackrison, Chair of University UNITED.
