I wonder about the need to discredit the work of respected political leaders in this community who have contributed many years of political service, because one disagrees with them on a particular decision.
The fact that former Mayor Latimer may or may not have made a mistake in endorsing Chris Coleman, does not make him a “nobody.” His work and his record stand for themselves. I understand the rights of individuals to challenge his endorsement of Coleman and discuss it. I don't understand why they need to challenge or discredit his entire career. Besides, its not very effective because it draws attention away from the actual candidates themselves.
