I have been experiencing an amazingly high rate of mail simply being lost that was mailed from the main post office on Kellogg. This could, of course, just be me ... but I don't think so.
There is a number where, eventually, you get to a consumer advocate that seems to take these complaints pretty seriously. They are at 1-800-275-8777. If you've had what seems like a lot of mail lost, it may be a sign of a really severe problem that needs to be taken care of. They'd like to hear about it.
Select 1 (English) then 7 (other) and then 3 (customer service).
