We will begin with bidding promptly at 9:30 am CST on Friday, February 18, 2005 and only qualified bidders will be permitted to participate. Interested bidders must submit a written bid, accompanied by a five percent deposit, by 5:00 pm CST on Thursday, February 17, 2005. All deposits must be cleared and in a designated trust account by the close of business on February 17th.
Submission of bids on the day of the 17th may not be qualified if funds are not cleared by close of business that day.
