Here is the breakdown:  Haigh, Reinhardt, Ortega total ban
Weisner, Bennett: Restaurants only
McDonough, Rettman would have preferred nothing but agreed to do restaurants... 
 pretty much.

Bennett made it clear HE wanted to revisit the issue in 2 years and that is in 
the ordinance.  Rettman said she may be as far as she wanted to go.  Bennett 
has opined that anyone who spends a lot of money on a ventilation system better 
not plan on complaining in 2 years that they just spent a lot of money on 
ventilation.  Bennett also is
pretty frustrated with the smokers gauntlet at the entrance to the city/county 
building.
