It was announced in today's local section of the Pioneer Press about Mayor
Kelly's proposal for St. Paul to purchase the Hillcrest Shopping Strip Mall.
$14 million was the given amount for that particular purchase.
He will pay back the bonds used for this purchase with the 1/2 cent city
sales tax.
It was not revealed what Kelly envisions for this property.
Does anybody know?
