While I cannot speak to the accuracy of Jeanne's comment about how close Ron Jerich is with Mike Hatch, I do know he was once a DFL operative along with his wife. Therefore, I am sure there is a relationship. But saying they are EXTREMELY strong ties is probably no more accurate than saying that any DFL chair has similar ties with Jerich.
