Thanks for the info, I'll add it to the ever growing stack of stuff I
have.  Although the one caveat I would put forward is that I have spoken
with several people about the new measurements that were put forward
after the 2001 flood.  In the past the DNR was using computer generated
modeling but in 2001 they used real flood data which gave a more
accurate picture of how much the water would rise.  I was suspicious at
first too but have been told that trying to mess with the 2001
assertions is not the way to go.
