I don't understand why you would think this is a DFL list. It's called the "St. Paul Issues Forum" not the "DFL Issues Forum". I'm sure there must be DFL lists out there, but I think the point of this list is to discuss St. Paul issues - not just preach to the DFL choir.
In order to "discuss" issues, there needs to be differences of opinion. If this list IS just a DFL list, that's news to me. Frankly by excluding different ideas there is really no point in discussing anything.
