Well, I wondered what kind of boobytraps the administration would hide  
in this legislation, expecting something phonebook sized....it's  
become abundantly clear the time for subtlety is over:

The whole thing is three pages.

Nothing hidden, it's all in the open.

The Treasury Secretary gets unfettered ability to transfer $700  
Billion of taxpayer money to the private sector.

"Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are  
non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be  
reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."

This is a piece of paper like the friggin' Cardinal's warrant from  
"The Three Musketeers", and Congress is going to roll over and pass it.
