You could go Full Frame in QuickTime with Cmd F. Pause the action with
the Spacebar. Advance frame by frame with the right arrow key. At each
stop do a screen capture with Cmd Shift 3. This saves each image as
a .png file on the desktop. Open them all in Photoshop and then press
the MAGIC button. That should do it.
