Don't listen to the old man back there shaking his cane. Try this:
Open the movie in Quicktime and use EXPORT TO IMAGE SEQUENCE. Choose
a file format and location folder. Then try contact sheet in Photoshop
using 0" measure for spacing and as many rows and columns as it takes
to fit on a single page.
