Well, I can't disagree there. It took us an awful long time to get to a place where this made sense, and it's still scary. We just figured that there's never really going to be a "right" time. There's always going to be some drama to deal with. Waiting for that day when the world is at peace, the economy rocks, and we're sitting around with too much money and nothing to do... well, that day is never coming.
