LOL!! I've labelled fancy glass 8oz jars w/ "Mex's Aussie Pepper Jam" 
in Bragadoccio font outlined in red - they're off with me to the 
market tomorrow to try and turn peppers into cash - if everyone loves 
it, we can both be famous on two continents!
