Yes, he got his prescience from a spice overdose (always fatal to men  
except in his case) and that is how the Guild Navigators were able to  
fold space to "travel without moving" and avoid collisions with  
planets and suns and such. (I'm a huge Dune fan :) ). I need to find  
the time to read the last couple of books Brian Herbert has written  
for the series.

I guess I was looking for a joke that just wasn't there.
