It is a composite but of 4 vertical shots, all the same exposure. No HDRI this time. I was on a hill, the trees in the middle were on the opposite side of a road just below my hill. I shot it at ƒ11 to keep the depth of field extending from the foreground to background. I wanted everything in focus. The bottom image is what I first came up with. I sent it to my photographer friend to get feedback on color balance and the top image is what he sent back. I will most likely try to find a middle ground between the two images. I thought his version was too saturated, especially the foreground color and the trees are way to fluorescent green for my taste.
