This is where progressives skew the clear meaning of the Constitution to 
advance their evil policies. Specifically, they skew the meaning of "...shall 
be uniform throughout the United States;" To progressives, that means they can 
steal the property of one citizen and give it to another. That was never the 
intent of the founders or framers. In fact, they worked hard to prevent the 
federal government from doing so -- it's the main distinction between a 
Democracy and a Republic, which is what the framers created.
