Using CCC on the Mac w/ FireWire cable. I figure worst case is reinstall win7 separately on each mini afterwards. Oh, did I mention that you can't use disk utility to format NTFS? I found some instructions using winclone, but still haven't got a clone-worthy win partition to test it on.
