NPR said registration was 3-1 Dem in that district. How hard can it be?
My district just got redrawn, it's iron clad suburban Republican now.
Cincinnati has no chance of representation in DC.

DNC Chairwoman Debbie "Blabbermouth" Schultz says the NY-9 has always been a difficult

Some claim they voted against Weprin because of his vote in the state
legislature on gay marriage.
I'm sure some voted for the Republican for economic reasons, but I don't think
they swung the election. But frankly, it was an easy protest vote for the
predominantly Jewish population, and they will likely elect another Democrat in
14 months.
In the meantime, Republicans will dance in the streets over this small victory.
I heard the guy saying he got elected on economic reasons. I think the
Israel angle might be the liberal spin.

NY-9 is a heavily Democratic district formerly held by Anthony Weiner,

Due to Obama's hostile stance towards Israel, which some believe is
part of his pro-Muslim stance, former Democratic Mayor Ed Koch said
it's time to send Obama a message -- vote Republican to replace Weiner.
Apparently, the heavily Jewish district heeded his advice.
We'll probably get the Democratic spin on the loss from Bruce in a few
hours.
