B) what they said... The Germans are making fun of us...we can't even fix the goddam roads. Here in Tucson they are using prison labor to patch potholes. Think about that for a moment....they've fired taxpaying citizens to use, essentially, slave labor to fix our roads because " taxes are too high". Those patches? I ride over them daily...they're already failing after four months.
