In 1960 Castro gave a speech to the UN General Assembly that lasted 4.5 hours, 
is about 12,000 words long; this isn't even his longest (a 7 hour barnburner at 
the 1986 Party Congress)

Let's arbitrarily declare this as a new unit of text length: one Castro.

By that measure my longest post in this thread (450 words) is only 37 
milliCastros long. 

How many milliCatstros is acceptable to you, Francis? Note there is a lower 
bound of 8 µCastros: one word.
