not sure how/why i'm only just getting to read this, fraaaaank....[i did
reboot and am in SL instead of ordinary leopard...;  ^)
i'm not sure if it would be allowed(smart code restrictions, locally)  and
i couldn't afford to do anything anyway, except repair. i did manage to
nail the 'plate with real nails instead of the wire brads they used,
overlapped some roofing felt then piece meal installed some new hardee
board(8" wide x 48") then lopped off the broken ends of the larger piece
that fell off and got that up there as well...heavy ass shit almost drug me
off the ladder......i still need to do some extra caulking...and something
that looks like paint/mural...
