Another faulty premise of the statists on the left. Like-minded individuals organize to provide products and services. They don't give up their other First Amendment rights (freedom of religion) when they exercise their other First Amendment rights (freedom to assemble).
Only the intolerant tyrants on the left are willing to revoke explicitly enumerated rights in favor of their god, an overreaching authoritarian federal government.
