They cannot impose their religious beliefs on non-like-minded individuals. The 
First Amendment rights of the individual at the head of a corporation does NOT 
give that individual the right to impose his beliefs (and they're almost 
INVARIABLY *his* beliefs)  on others even if they're part of that organization, 
particularly if they're only employees.
