A section of land may be puny by midwest standards, but it's a big deal in
prime Marin County ranch land.

Of course not. Except in California.

How?

Lucas is done developing anything in Marin County. The next land owner or the
County can provide the transportation needs of the new residents. It's not that
far from the North Bay's main N-S artery and the property can accommodate the
dense residential development mandates passed by the Democratic legislature.
Implementation of the plan is meeting stiff resistance from wealthy liberals.
