Since I've seen this a few times before, but never in as rampant and constant a flow as Romney has been putting out, I'm wondering if there's an official sanction for lying in the Mormon church? I had understood that it was considered ok to lie to non-Mormons if the end result was conversion, but am prepared to have misunderstood what I've read. Brian, care to comment?
