"Lying is a sin, irregardless of the good intention. And, as a member, it is awful that a person should have to lie to anyone, especially non-members asking questions, with the intent to convert them. If they don't know the answer, than there should be a humble admission of this instead of a 'white lie'. It is perfectly acceptable to say you don't know. My brother, who just returned from his 2-year mission, was taught this by his mission leaders. If you know someone who is being lied to in order to be converted, THIS IS NOT OKAY." -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "StrataList-OT" group.
