i'm sure the rest of the red state is red as hell about red commies taking over the streets with bikes. i did a lot of biking in nola at different points when i lived there. the streets suck red donkey dicks though. the old oaks cause a lot of damage but probably not as much as the s&wb when they dig shit up, not compact properly then subsidences create ginormous red potholes swallow people, cars and not enough retarded republicans...that are red.
