I am recruited for a study next week Transport & Health ... I get to carry

like the one above but measuring how happy and healthy I am compared to people
who don't ride a bicycle for transport and recreation

So long as you remember to wear your helmet and this:

much more fun

Weird-but-true story. The other day as I was riding home, I witnessed a car
accident, some idiot turned left into oncoming traffic and got hit by one of
them. He then tried to drive off. I think I was the first one who noticed he
wasn't just pulling out of the intersection. I almost got close enough to get a
license plat number, chasing him on my bike…

A couple other much-better equipped bystanders took up the chase. I don't know
how far the guy got, since his right front tire was grinding hard enough
against bent fender to be smoking quite a bit. Last I saw they were trying to
corner him an he was driving through a parking lot to get away.

He wasn't going to get far though, since he was essentially doubling back to
the scene of the accident, and all traffic was stopped by that time...
