Downloaded Itunes 11 ( "This one goes to..." 8-) and now it's offering to updatalize my iPod touch.
Per the list I found both my and Alison's iPads are updatable as well. Methinks I'm going to hold off on doing it to Alison's for a bit...as she's fond of reminding me: "You have to sleep sometime...."
