What happens if you reduce the monitor resolution, will that cause the window
to be resized so you can get to its controls?

My Firefox on Fedora has grown bigger than my monitor. I can't get to the
bottom right corner to resize the window & I am already at max resolution on
the monitor.
Any ideas?
I am not maximising & font size is not the issue.
grrr....
