Attachment: DynamicMappingFilter1.patch
A patch that adds net.sourceforge.stripes.controller.DynamicMappingFilter. The
javadoc tells how to use it and what to expect when using it. Some minor
additions were required to StripesFilter and DispatcherServlet to get it to
work.
