Create a "list" formatType
--------------------------

                 Key: STS-541
                 URL: http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-541
             Project: Stripes
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: Formatting
    Affects Versions: Release 1.5
            Reporter: Dan Kaplan
            Priority: Minor

There is a OneToManyTypeConverter that can take the value of a text/area and
convert it to a list, but there is no way to take a list and convert it to a
value of a text/area. I suggest making a new formatType called "list" which
will apply StringUtils.join on the contents of the list. The formatPattern
could be something like ", " if you want to join every item together and have a
comma between each item.
