The attribute 'enctype' of the form tag is not cleared after rendering a form.

I use two forms on the page. The first has input of file type, so, it forces
the enctype of the form to be multipart.
The second form is multipart, too. That's not right.
Maybe you should force some attributes clearing after form usage?
