So I have to admit that I'm kinda with Remi on this one :o I understand that there are folks out there who want this capability. But for me the light bulb has not gone off - I don't get why you would want to do this deep-down, very close to the protocol, REST stuff.
Of course, if Will or someone else is proposing to build this as an extension, what I have to say doesn't mean a whole lot ;) I'd appreciate it though if someone could clearly articulate the value proposition for this proposal. Since I know Will and others on this list are smart folk I feel like there must be one, but I don't see it. So far, to me, it feels a lot like the whole "web services will revolutionize everything" buzz-talk of years gone by (well, hopefully gone-by). -t On Jul 9, 2008, at 10:43 AM, VANKEISBELCK Remi wrote: > On Wed, Jul 9, 2008 at 4:06 PM, Nick Stuart > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> Ok Remi, we get it, you don't like REST wont use REST and think it >> sucks, >> but unless you have some constructive feedback here you are not >> contributing >> to the cause. > [...] > > You're kidding ?
