How did you refer Netbeans to 1.5.3 version? Did you download it?
Either way if you unzip the 1.5.3 stripes.jar under the META-INF sub-folder you should at least see:
- stripes.tld - stripes-dynattr.tld IF the above files are not there then you will get a missing TLD warning. --Nikolaos
