Although these should be easy to setup, I dont think you can get stripeassist 
from any public maven repository.

To setup stripes with maven in netbeans,  just create a standard maven 
project(QuickStart...sth) and then add the stripes dependencies (stripes, jstl 
and standard.jars) as you would in a normal maven application.

I found stripes 1.5.2 (not the 1.5.3 version) in a public maven repository. 
Code completion in the pom.xml should allow you to find it easily. 

Its quite straightforward if you know maven. else you have to get your head 
around maven first
