Sorry,
     I might not have been clear in my last post.
The problem is not the archive, that was a furphy... The problem I am
having is the sub-applications setup and using path mapping.
I know it doesn't work, but I don't understand why in my example...

It has been discussed on the dev list previously, but I couldn't see any
explanation as to why it didn't work.
