Ah - I see.  Thanks for the clearification.  I guess I missed reading 
part of that.  My guess is that you're getting that from the roles page:

I wasn't clear, based off that, precisely how it worked.  I went back 
and checked the "Who We Are" page - specifically the "Active Commiters" 
- and realized Mark probably wasn't a commiter though.
