Oh -- sorry -- that was just a "serving suggestion" for strut-dev to kind of indicate what time frame 1.2 might come out in and what the development duration might be.
Remember, the impetus for doing the roadmap in the first place was about figuring out the urgency of including some particular feature in 1.1, and without having a well-defined 1.2 with some kind ballpark estimate of when it was going to be available, it was hard to make the call about including that feature. I do think it is within scope of a roadmap to set expectations about the relative frequency of releases. Note that this may not necessarily imply a specific time duration, but it should communicate the feeling of the developers about how frequently releases (at least of a particular level in the versioning hierarchy) will come out.
