I'm sure most of you are aware of a rather LARGE increase in the size of the
distribution due (in part) to my additions of a 'few' screenshots/tutorials.
I have a lot more to add, but have not done so (yet) for obvious reasons.

After a brief discussion with Ted, I'd like to propose that we (somehow)
offer these as part of a separate distribution.  This would cut out a few
meg on the current distribution, and would not add to future builds.  And
since these remain relatively static, I don't see why they have to be part
of the distribution.

I had intended to leave the format the same (stylesheet rendered).

Initial thoughts were to put it up on the mirrors here:
