Wouldn't those properties be set on the ActionMapping object, not the Action? That should be created before the Action object.

Yet, when I follow the loading of the class down to the RequestUtils class I see it creating a new instance but do not see it populating that instance with the dynamic properties that could be in setup using the set-property element. I see the use of BeanUtils.populate() for loading the datasources, but fail to see where the dynamic properties of the action is getting loaded. Is this feature not implemented yet? -----Original Message----- From: Ted Husted [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, January 24, 2003 3:07 PM To: Struts Developers List Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Action question This is a question best asked on the USER list. http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/using.html Though, the answer is that the ActionServlet loads everything. -Ted.
